The Oakland County Bar Association welcomed the Criminal Defense Association of Michigan for a half-day seminar on Thursday, Oct. 5, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Among the speakers for “CDAM at the OCBA” was Arthur Jay Weiss (pictured), of Arthur Jay Weiss & Associates PC, who spoke on “Forfeiture Update: Changes in the Law.” Other topics covered at the program were “SORA: Doe v Snyder Implications for Past and Current Clients,” “Drugged Driving,” and “Michigan Law Updates.”
