The Detroit Bar Association hosted a Bench-Bar Luncheon at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center on June 8. The program featured a discussion on “Valuing Cases and Efficient Use of ADR: Everybody Wins!” and provided input on ways the court can assist in reducing litigation costs and resolving cases.
