The Association of Corporate Counsel-Michigan Chapter (ACC-MI) and Warner Norcross + Judd LLP will present the second webinar in a three-part series titled “Managing Your Supply Chain During COVID-19” designed to inform in-house counsel on the important and specific issues facing businesses today. The webinar will take place Thursday, October 8, from noon to 1 p.m.
Warner partners Michael Brady and Homayune Ghaussi will provide an update on managing external relationships and supply chains after COVID-19.
The full impact of COVID-19 on supply chains is still ongoing. Many companies may still face situations resulting in companies up and down their supply chain invoking a force majeure provision within a contract or agreement due to the impact COVID-19 has had on every aspect of employment and operations.
This webinar will cover: a) how to handle potential supply interruptions from a contractual perspective; b) what contractual and practical risks are associated with potential supply interruptions; c) what is expected of your business if you, your customer or supplier has been shut down or slowed down; d) how to manage customers and suppliers as you get your business up and running again; and e) how to allocate capacity among your customers and establish priority among your suppliers.
