'Tips for Conducting Hearings Before Dept. of State' offered by State Bar
The Administrative and Regulatory Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will be hosting a Zoom event with the Department of State, Office of Hearings and Administrative Oversight. "Admin Law: Best Practice Tips for Conducting Hearings Before the Department of State" will be offered Wednesday, April 21, from noon to 2 p.m.
The purpose of the event is to provide practitioners the opportunity to hear insight from administrative law judges from that office about how to best present administrative cases under their jurisdiction. The event will also seek to address some of the particular aspects of presenting cases virtually.
To register for the online event, visit https://connect.michbar.org/adminlaw/home and click on "events." For additional information about the event, contact Dustin Kamerman at 517-391-0580 or dustink1013@gmail.com.
