The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan (PAAM) will conduct the virtual "Appellate Specialists Conference" Monday through Wednesday, October 18-20, via Zoom.
This three day virtual conference, presented by the Michigan Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council, is for APAs who devote a substantial amount of their practice to appellate work, with some sessions open to all trial attorneys. The Michigan Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council is a state agency that heads the Office of Prosecuting Attorney Coordination-an autonomous entity within the Department of Attorney General.

• Handling Confrontation Clause Issues

• Criminal Law Update
