Attorney to speak on 'Maintaining During the Great Resignation' Feb. 22

The State Bar of Michigan's Practice Management Resource Center (PMRC) will present the virtual seminar, "Motivating and Maintaining During the Great Resignation," featuring speaker Andrew Elowitt, on Tuesday, February 22, from 2 to 3 p.m.
The virtual seminar will address the ongoing "Great Resignation" and how it is impacting attorneys, recruiters, firm owners, and managing partners. Elowitt will outline key strategies to attracting people to a firm and maintaining them once they are hired.
Elowitt specializes in leadership, talent, and career development for lawyers and legal executives. His firm, New Actions LLC, focuses on how lawyers lead, manage, and thrive. He is the author of many books and articles, including, "Is Managing Lawyers Like Herding Cats?"
