The Youth Defense Project of the State Appellate Defender Office and Michigan Appellate Assigned Counsel System will present a webinar on "SORA and Youth" Thursday, January 19, beginning at noon via Zoom.
Cases involving allegations of sex crimes can be especially challenging and serious, particularly with the risk of a client being placed on the Sex Offender Registry. Attendees will learn about the ins and outs of SORA registration for youth. Presenting at the webinar will be Professor Kim Thomas.
