Clark Hill is pleased to announce that Irish law firm HBMO Solicitors has joined Clark Hill’s Dublin office.
HBMO Solicitors, formerly known as Noel Smyth and Partners, is an Irish commercial law firm specializing in Commercial Property, Litigation, Corporate, M&A, Banking, and Private Client Services. The combination brings to 31 the number of solicitors Clark Hill now has in its Dublin office.

With the completion of this combination, 10 solicitors and a support staff complement from HBMO Solicitors will transition to Clark Hill. The addition of Colman Bermingham, Hugh O'Neill, and Ronan Hannigan enriches Clark Hill's bench strength. Bermingham and O'Neill are commercial property solicitors known for their involvement in major property deals, including a range of shopping centers and office developments. Hannigan is a commercial litigator who has handled headline cases and commercial disputes before the Irish courts.
He also provides counsel and guidance in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
