The State Appellate Defender Office and the Criminal Defense Resource Center along with West Michigan Regional Investigators Association will present the webinar “Mastering Record Collection: FOIA and Other Devices” on Thursday, November 2, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

• Fighting redactions and denials.
• Disputing FOIA fees.
• Getting records from other institutions—forms and tactics.
Speaking at the webinar will be Julianne Cuneo and Michelle Haidl.
Cuneo is the chief investigator at SADO. She was the owner/operator of Sunshine Investigations for 30 years, specializing in death penalty and other state and federal capital cases, as well as plaintiffs’ personal injury work.
