OCBA Challenge to feature cornhole tournament February 15

The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Committee will once again face the OCBA Board of Directors for the 19th annual New Lawyers vs The Board Challenge.

This year will feature a new activity as the teams try their hands in a cornhole tournament on Thursday, February 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Platform, 34300 Woodward Ave., Ste. 200, in Birmingham.

The event includes food, drinks and friendly competition between the New Lawyers Committee and the board. The new lawyers team will try reclaim the trophy after a tough loss last year and the board will work for a repeat. What will happen?

Everyone is welcome to join.  Attendees don’t have to be on the Board or a member of the New Lawyers Committee, but they will have to pick a side to represent.
Cost for the event is $55 for OCBA members and member guest tickets, and $70 for non-members.

To register, visit www.ocba.org and click on “events.” For questions, contact Katie Tillinger at 248-334-3400 or ktillinger@ocba.org.
