The Oakland County Bar Association will present “Trial Strategies for Millennial Jurors” on Thursday, February 13, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
This interactive virtual seminar will provide an overview of the millennial generation and their attitudes, beliefs, and communication styles as characteristics and expectations of this generation of jurors. Finally, an overview of voir dire considerations, trial presentation, and myths and perceptions as to damages will be covered. The webinar will be presented by Magna Legal Services.
Cost for the webinar is $35 for OCBA members, $45 for non-members, $15 for new lawyers and paralegals, $25 for committee members, and OCBA students can attend for free.
