The Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM) will conduct the webinar “Crimmigation, Deportation, and How to Protect Your Client” on Friday, February 21, from 1 to 3 p.m.

This session will provide an overview of relevant crimmigration law, an overview of what happens when ICE places a hold on a client, what happens after ICE takes custody of a client, and best practices for representing non-citizen clients including practical tips for everyday practice.

The webinar will offer:
