The Michigan Judicial Institute will present “The Dangers of Masking Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Violations Webinar” on Wednesday, March 12, from from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Masking Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) violations is against federal and state law. These laws apply whenever the CDL holders are on the road, even when they operate a non-CMV personal vehicle. This webinar will explore what masking is, why masking is problematic, and what judicial officers should do if they encounter masking.
