Business Law Symposium
“Mediation Mastery” was the title of the 7th Annual State Bar of Michigan Business Law Symposium that took place Thursday, February 13, at the Gem Theatre in Detroit. Attorney Mark Rossman (second from right), who has served as the moderator and organizer of the event since its inception, delivered the opening statement at the symposium and was happy to welcome the speakers and presenters including (left to right) Jerome Rock of Jerome Rock Law, Tom McNeill of McNeill ADR, and Tom Cranmer of Miller Canfield. “We feel the theme of the program is especially relevant this year because of mandated mediation in business cases,” said Rossman, who indicated that the demand for ADR services continues to grow in today’s legal environment.
