Presenting at the webinar will be:

Catherine M. Karol focuses her practice on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance with numerous automotive and advertising clients. She is active in addressing emerging legal issues. Karol coordinated a multidisciplinary team within Butzel to counsel clients on the Sections 301 and 232 tariffs. She advises new manufacturers of Electric Vehicles on U.S. dealer distribution issues and participated in the Butzel team that is involved in the ongoing development of autonomous vehicle regulation.

Leslie "Les" Glick is Chair of Butzel’s International Trade and Customs Specialty Team. He has extensive experience in the areas of international trade and customs law. Glick has handled major international trade cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and the Court of International Trade. Glick has been active in developing customs compliance programs for many U.S. corporations.

Mitchell "Mitch" Zajac is a member of Butzel’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His practice includes a focus on automotive, intellectual property, regulatory and emissions compliance.
