‘Oakland County Business Loan Programs’ discussed online

Oakland County Planning, Zoning, and Land Use will conduct a Virtual Planners Gathering on “Oakland County Business Loan Programs” Wednesday, March 26, from 10 to 11 a.m. via Zoom.

Several business loan programs are available through Oakland County’s Financial Services Division. Join us for a review of financial resources open to your community businesses, including SBA 504 Loans, CEED Lending, Oakland County Revolving Loan Fund, and Industrial Revenue Bonds. Attendees will hear the details on the use of funds, terms, rates, and loan amounts for each program.

Speaking at the program will be Kevin Congdon, senior business development representative, Financial Services Unit, Oakland County Department of Economic Development; and Belinda Turner-DuBois, director, CEED Lending and Oakland County Revolving Loan Fund.
