A taste of Italy
The Italian American Bar Association (IABAM) hosted an “Italian Cooking Class” on Wednesday, March 12, at Cucina Lab Torino in Troy. Participants gathered to learn how to prepare delicious Italian fare from Elisabetta Balzola (second from right), head chef and owner of Cucina Lab Torino, a family-owned Italian restaurant distinguished by its dedication to freshness, exemplified by its weekly menu rotations. Thanking Balzola for her insight into Italian cuisine were (left to right) IABAM Secretary Stefania Gismondi of Foster, Swift, Collins, & Smith PC; IABAM Vice President Simone Fabiilli of Gordon, Rees, Scully, Mansukhani LLP; and IABAM Treasurer Christopher Ferlito of Clark Hill PLC.
