The State Bar of Michigan’s Alternatice Dispute Resolution Section and the Insurance and Indemnity Section will co-sponsor “ADR Processes During Pre-Litigation and Litigation” on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 4:30 p.m., at The Iroquois Club, 43248 North Woodward Ave. in Bloomfield Hills.
This program will explore ADR processes in both pre-litigation and litigation, featuring two panels of attorneys and mediators, including Donn Fresard and others, as well as Waye County Circuit Court Judge Edward Ewell and Chief Judge Patricia Fresard. Each panel will present for about 30 to 40 minutes. Food and beverages will be provided.
