Bar associations present ‘Managing Life’s Trials’

The Oakland County Bar Association’s Lawyer Well-Being Committee along with the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Macomb County Bar Association, and Ingham County Bar Association will present a webinar on “Managing Life’s Trials” on Thursday, May 8, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

In recognition of Well-Being Week in Law, this program will discuss how attorneys are at special risk for mental health issues. The goal is to identify behavioral red flags and develop tools to address them. Attendees will learn how to better cope with the psychological pressures associated with being a lawyer.

Speaking at the webinar will be Cooley Law School Professor Thomas Grden and moderator Mary Aretha, Michigan Court of Appeals.
