The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host its April Lunch Meeting on Wednesday, April 30, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Andiamo’s, 6676 Telegraph Road Bloomfield Township.
The lunch will feature a presentation from Colette Verch, associate at Harness IP, and Glenn Forbis, principal at Harness IP. They will cover the degree of transformation required to qualify as a derivative work under copyright fair use law.
