The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan’s Child Abuse Prosecution Resources (CAPR) will present a webinar on “Top Issues in CSAM/CSAA/Accosting Cases” May 21,from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.

CAPR Director Pamela Maas will discuss the statutes addressing these crimes and how to address these cases in the world of ever-changing technology. She will also address Michigan’s new sexual extortion statute, MCL 750.213b which took effect April 2, 2025.
