The Federal Income Committee and Employee Benefits Committee of the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section are co-hosting “Profits Interest Roundtable,  Strategy and Structure” on Thursday, June 5, from 8 to 9 a.m. at Honigman’s Detroit office, 660 Woodward Ave. #2290 in Detroit.

The program will feature a discussion of tax and incentive strategies as well as recommendations on how to implement.  Coffee and breakfast will be provided.
