• North Oakland Health Center (1200 N. Telegraph Rd, Building 34E, Pontiac) - Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

• South Oakland Health Center (27725 Greenfield Rd, Southfield) - Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Anyone with questions may call the Nurse on Call at 800-848-5533.
