There will be construction on the Oakland County Probate Court filing counter on Thursday, May 29, which may render the counter partially, or entirely, inoperable intermittently throughout that day only.

The court will be open and will still accept in-person filings at the filing counter on May 29 to the extent that it can work around the construction.

The court recommends dropping off filings the day prior or day after, if possible, to avoid waiting in line.
