The Michigan Judicial Institute will present a “Screenings & Assessments in Treatment Courts Webinar” hosted by Problem-Solving Courts (PSC) Wednesday, September 3, from noon to 1:15 p.m. via Zoom.
In this session attendees will learn about the differences between screening and assessment activities, what evidence-based tools are appropriate for the target population, and how the results can/should inform eligibility decisions, treatment matching, comprehensive case plan development, and case management sessions.
Additionally, attendees will learn about how data regarding screening and assessment activities can illuminate various aspects of program operations, including strengths and areas for improvement.
Presenting at the webinar will be Dr. Kristen DeVall, National Treatment Court Resource Center.
