Rocking for a cause
On Friday, August 1, Metro-Detroit’s legal community returned to The Magic Bag in Ferndale for the sixth annual LawLapalooza: Detroit Lawyers Rocking for a Cause. Getting ready to hit the stage before the show were (left to right) Ian Coote of Zausmer PC; Rick Soranno of Kramer, Corbett, Harding, & Dombrowski; Brian Robillard of Law Offices of Brian A. Robillard PLLC; Steve Baylerian and Janina Olivero-Jones of Kramer, Corbett, Harding, & Dombrowski; Cameron Getto of Zausmer; David Dyki (aka D-Rock) of Law Office of David Dyki; and Sean Zayas of Zausmer. This year’s LawLapalooza raised money for Kids Without Cancer. Ticket proceeds will fund pediatric cancer research being conducted at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and its affiliates, Wayne State University, and the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
