The Macomb County Board of Commissioners is seeking to fill one upcoming vacancy on the Human Services Board/Social Services Board.
Applicants must be Macomb County residents and must not hold an elective office. The three-year term runs from Nov. 1, 2025 through Oct. 31, 2028.
This Social Services Board administers the provisions of the County’s social welfare services in accordance with the Social Welfare Act, Public Act 280 of 1939, including the Martha T. Berry Medical Facility.
The Human Services Board has operational control of the Martha T. Berry Facility as specified by the Joint Operation Agreement of Jan. 22, 2009.
