The Oakland County

Southfield. During the strolling the reception, the Leon Hubbard
Community Service Award was presented to Wayne County 36th District
Court Judge Poncé D. Clay (second from left) and the Michael K. Lee
Memorial Award was presented to Kristina Bilowus (center) of Michigan
