The State Appellate Defender Office and the Criminal Defense Resource Center will present a webinar on “Empowering Voices: Centering Youth in Defense Advocacy” Tuesday, November 18, from noon to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
It is established that adolescents are developmentally different than adults, so how does that information impact the role of attorneys? This training will discuss how to navigate the attorney-client relationship with adolescents, and how to be client-centered in advocacy.
