Understanding Michigan’s sentencing guidelines is essential to effective criminal defense advocacy, both at plea negotiations and at sentencing. This foundational webinar offers a practical overview of how the guidelines work and how to use them strategically to achieve better outcomes for clients. Speaker Anne Yantus, of Michigan Sentencing PLLC, will break down complex concepts into clear, usable tools for everyday practice.
