The Oakland County Bar Association’s Professional Development Committee will present a webinar on “Litigation Mastery: Strategically Navigating Court Rules, Procedures and Discovery” Wednesday, January 14, from noon to 1 p.m.
This Zoom seminar will provide valuable insights from experienced speakers who have served in both circuit courts and private practice. Drawing on their deep understanding of court operations and litigation strategy, they will examine the intricacies of court rules and highlight common pitfalls attorneys often face. The program will also address frequent discovery challenges, offering practical solutions to help counsel avoid drawn-out discovery battles.
