State Bar to host Lawyer Trust Account Webinar

Michigan attorneys have the opportunity to learn more about how to ethically manage lawyer trust accounts in Michigan through a half-day virtual seminar presented by the State Bar of Michigan on Tuesday, June 23.

The cost is $25 and the session will include the analysis used when processing property, record keeping requirements, and other practical information and ethical responsibilities regarding MRPC 1.15 and 1.15A. 

Scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon, this webinar is open to members of the State Bar of Michigan and their legal staff, law students, unlicensed graduates, and other legal professionals.

Payment and completed registration must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, June 19. All materials will be emailed to the registered email address approximately one week prior to the seminar.
