Mediation best practices explored
The Eastern
District of Michigan Bar Association presented a program titled
“Mediation Best Practices–a Forum for the E.D. Michigan’s Mediators,
Trial Lawyers, and Judges” on Wednesday, May 20, at the Theodore Levin
U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. This seminar provided an opportunity for
attorneys to network with the bench and help shape the evolving
conversation on local and national ADR practices. Among those speaking
at the program were (left to right) Michael Latiff of McDonald Hopkins
