The Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present “Zoominar Labor Law 102: Unfair Labor Practices Under the NLRA — What Employment Lawyers Should Know” online Wednesday, September 16, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

Building on the section’s popular Labor Law 101 presentation, this session takes a deeper dive into unfair labor practices (ULPs) under the National Labor Relations Act. 

Ava Barbour of the UAW International Union will lead a presentation and Q&A focused on identifying potential — and not-so-obvious — ULPs in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
