Drawing insights from the "Staffing, Operations and Technology — A 2026 Survey of State Courts" report, this TRI/NCSC AI Policy Consortium for Law & Courts panel discussion will explore how state courts can strategically leverage technology and adapt operations to meet these evolving challenges. Panelists will examine key findings regarding AI's benefits and concerns, emerging opportunities for workflow optimization, and effective strategies for workforce planning.
