Federal judge discusses 'Integrity'

 Cooley Law School hosted its Integrity in Our Communities Speaker Series with guest speaker U.S. District Court Gershwin A. Drain (sixth from left), Eastern District of Michigan, on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at its Auburn Hills campus.  

President Barack Obama appointed Drain to the federal bench on August 8, 2012. Prior to his appointment, he served as a Wayne County Circuit Court judge from 1997 to 2012.  

Among those welcoming Drain were (left to right) Sandy Boisrond, Russell Franks, Melissa Durity, Cooley Aubrun Hills Associate Dean John Nussbaumer, Heather Strouse, Ieisha Evans, Donyele Darrough, Tony Davis, Dawn Young, Michael Lamb, Candace Griffey, Shane Kolo, Keane Mott, Sean Burns, and Callana Davis.
