Legal Aid and Defender Association Inc. (LAD) will conduct a free outreach clinic on civil legal services for income-eligible veterans on Wednesday, Feb. 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Detroit Veterans Center, 2770 Park Ave. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and space is limited.
