The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) hosted a lunch meeting on “Trademark Enforcement Strategies for the Digital Age” on Tuesday, April 17, at Maggiano’s in Troy. Guest speaker Brett Heavner (left), of Finnegan &?Henderson, presented case studies illustrating practical approaches to domain name disputes, online counterfeit sales, phishing scams, social media, key word purchasing, and international policing programs.
