The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will host the “State of the Bankruptcy Court Luncheon” on Thursday, March 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the DoubleTree Suites, 525 W. Lafayette Blvd. in Detroit.
The keynote speaker will be Chris Lambert, CEO of Life Remodeled. U.S. District Court Judge Stephen J. Murphy III will give a presentation on “The Bankruptcy Appeal Process in the E.D. of Michigan. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Chief Judge Phillip J. Shefferly will present State of the Bankruptcy Court and recognize participants in the courts pro bono program.
