'Negotiation Ethics' focus of MIPLA online presentation

The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host a virtual luncheon meeting on Wednesday, November 11, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.

During this luncheon, Adrian Cyhan and Nicole Nan of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP will be presenting "Negotiation Ethics: Principles and Practice."

This presentation is focused on fostering ethical negotiations between parties whether or not the participants are attorneys and related considerations and practices. Through various hypotheticals and real-life scenarios, the speakers will examine how ethical behavior can lead to better, more productive outcomes and avoid higher costs down the road. The presenters will also explore ethical aspects of negotiations and transactional practice in general, as well as how to create and foster more ethical negotiations in various situations.

Those interested in attending should email Andrea Arndt at AArndt@dickinsonwright.com by November 10 and Andrea will send a link to the meeting a few hours before the meeting starts.
