Elder Law and Disability Rights Section to conduct virtual conference March 25

The Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan will conduct its "19th Annual Virtual Spring Conference" on Friday, March 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. via Zoom.

The conference will feature keynote speaker Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.

The conference will also cover:

• Litigation-Panel moderated by Sanford J. Mall with David Shaltz and former Administrative Law Judge Lisa Gigliotti and Lisa Ruby

• Disability Rights-Panel moderated by Michael Bartnik with Jill Babcock, Ashley Jacobson, and Nadia Vann

• Medicaid-Panel moderated by Catherine Jacobs with Susie Chalgian, Kelly Quardokus, and Kathleen Aguilar
