The Michigan Association for Justice conducted its “No Fault Institute VII” Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 1-2, at the Westin Southfield.
Leading the program were moderators George T. Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, & McIntyre PC, and Wayne J. Miller of Miller and Tischler PC.
“We timed the program to exploit the timing of the Supreme Court decisions that were released at the end of July,” noted Miller. “So we expect a most timely and educational seminar.”
Among the cases examined were Bonkowski v Allstate, UM Regents v Titan, and the tort threshold (Kreiner) issues of McCormick v Carrier.
