The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” concluded on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Oakland County?Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Among those speaking on “Law Practice Management” were (left to right) Diane Ebersole of the State Bar of Michigan and Dean Googasian of The Googasian Firm PC. “I’ll be speaking today on building and maintaining a reputation as an attorney,” Googasian said. Other topics covered were “Gaining and Retaining Clients,” “Trust Accounts and Client Protection Fund,” “Office Setup and Technology,” and “Avoiding Malpractice.”
