The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan will present the Traffic Safety Training Program Webinar “Let’s Sharpen Our OWI Investigatory Techniques with Some Strategies That Will Make a Difference” on Thursday, January 11, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom.
This webinar will explore some best the practice techniques for detecting and prosecuting the chemically impaired driver. From initial contact, through testimony in the halls of justice, this session will provide several productive procedures that will increase the quantity and quality of OWI arrests. Speaking at the webinar will be Chuck Matson.
This course is approved for 1 hour of credit under PAAM’s recommended CLE Best Practice.
