The Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, presented a program titled “Two Important Topics and a Boxed Lunch” on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at the T. Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.
The two topics included “Federal Summary Judgment Standard and Motions” and “Facilitating Settlement in the Federal System.”
