Andrew M. Reside has joined Warner, Norcross, & Judd LLP as an associate.
Reside received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He earned a bachelor of arts degree political theory and constitutional democracy from Michigan State University. Additionally, he served as a volunteer logistical assistant for a medical mission trip in Nicaragua.
He is based in the firm’s Southfield office.
Reside will begin his career by gaining experience in a variety of legal matters before selecting a practice group. He has passed the Michigan bar exam.

Royal Oak-based Howard & Howard is pleased to announce the addition of attorney William R. Hancock to the firm. Hancock joined Howard & Howard in 2015 as a full-time intellectual property intern while attending evening law school classes. He will remain in the firm’s Royal Oak office.
“I’m committed to obtaining the strong IP protection that businesses need for their most important innovations,” Hancock said.
Hancock’s practice focuses on the development of clients’ intellectual property portfolios, encompassing a range of technologies. In addition, he advises clients regarding validity, infringement, and enforceability of patents including freedom to operate and patentability opinions.
Hancock has worked with clients with significant market presence in the medical, automotive, and manufacturing industries. His technical experience spans the mechanical and electromechanical fields, with a special emphasis on electric vehicle technology.
