The Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA) will host a virtual event on Tuesday, December 6, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. via Zoom. Guest speaker Bryan Hart of Bejin Bieneman PLC will discuss "Patent Assignments."
Hart practices all areas of patent law, specializing in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical and electrical arts. Prior to joining Bejin Bieneman, Hart practiced patent litigation at a national law firm in Chicago. He participated in cases in federal district court, investigations before the International Trade Commission, and inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Hart is a graduate of University of Chicago Law School and of the University of Michigan College of Engineering. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Intellectual Property Law (IPL) Section.
