Courts are increasingly turning to data dashboards to transform information into actionable insights that improve case management, support judicial decision-making, and enhance court operations. Developing and maintaining dashboards requires thoughtful technical decisions related to data integration, governance, visualization tools, and platform management.
Building on October's Data Dives dashboard webinar, the November Data Dives webinar will place a greater focus on the technical components that support dashboard development, implementation, and maintenance.
Attendees will learn how the Massachusetts Trial Court and Marion Superior Court in Indiana have approached the technical development and maintenance of their dashboard initiatives. Using real-world examples, presenters will discuss how their courts integrate and manage data, ensure data quality, and deliver reliable insights to judges, court leaders, and staff.
Attendees will gain insight into the technical considerations behind court dashboards and hear lessons learned and practical strategies that can help courts develop, enhance, and sustain their dashboard initiatives.
Speaking at the webinar will be:
• Melaine Malclom, deputy director, Department of Research and Planning, Massachusetts Trial Court
• Keith Nalbandian, case manager, Administrative Office of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court
• Amitav Thamba, chief technology officer, Marion Superior Court, Indiana
• Moderator Rachel Buck, senior court management consultant, NCSC
