The Rochester Bar Association (RBA) will feature guest speaker Tom Winterhalter of the FBI Cybercrime Division at its Thursday, April 25, meeting from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rochester Mills Beer Company, 400 Water Street in Rochester.
