The Oakland County Bar Association will present “That’s Hearsay, Your Honor: MRE 803 and MRE 803A” as an online program on Thursday, February 3, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
This webinar provides an overview of hearsay exceptions based upon the availability of the declarant. It also includes a detailed analysis of exceptions when the declarant is a child in a sexual assault case.
Speaking at the webinar will be Michael J. McCarthy of Law Office of Michael J. McCarthy.
Credit has been approved with the Oakland County Bar Association for 2 Criminal credits.
